CurodontTM Repair is the first biomimetic system to arrest and reverse early caries through enamel regeneration. CurodontTM Repair offers a clinically proven, non-invasive, and pain-free solution to patients of all ages.
Its innovative P11-4 Monomer-Peptide formulation is based on a simple peptide, made of naturally occurring amino acids. After application, its formulation diffuses until the depth of early carious lesions within 5 minutes and organizes into a biomatrix. The biomatrix then attracts calcium and phosphate ions from saliva to form new hydroxyapatite, thus enabling Guided Enamel Regeneration within the lesion.

The Oligo-Peptide 10 is already in a matrix, polymer formation, unlike the peptide in Curodont RepairTM, and has a naturally high affinity to hydroxyapatite. It lays down a stable protective barrier on exposed dentine that rapidly occludes open dentinal tubules, impeding the transmission of thermal and contact stimuli.
